Assessment centre was online, which felt like they were trying to cut corners. I fit the job requirements and got rejected for being not “technical enough”. The candidate they hired added me on LinkedIn, they had the same degree with similar experience. Conflicting opinion from the recruiter, the recruiter was quick however a bit cold.
