Interview
Application process lasted a few months. Included longer than average application form, gamified online testing, telephone interviews, assessment day with 1-1 interviews, presentation and group exercises. Every one was friendly and encouraging. Process was enjoyable.
Group work throughout the day with a single individual interview. Also had to complete preliminary testing online, some form of aptitude tests. Travelled to their campus to complete the assessment day in a group of around 15 - 20
