Recruited at on-campus job-fair. Flown out to IBM Poughkeepsie to go through a full day of interviewing with at least 8 people. Interview was entirely behavioral, with general technical questions.
Fast and simple. The interview was easy. It was great. It was simple.
They asked all basics. Looked easy. There 2 technical rounds. 1 manager round. The HR was very polite and understanding.
