Process was more of a conversation and where interviewer asked me about my resume and few technical question from my college projects.
Interviewer also not just grilled me across but also helped wherever panel felt that giving a nudge might help. SO overall experience was quite good.

Great Hiring Manager experience.
HR was rude and diminished my freelancing experience to nothing. He had a hard time processing a guy who ran a successful venture and made his own money to sponsor my education. I was about to show my bank statements to him just to make my point that I made more money in less time, and by not being rude to others.
