First phone interview with HR was pretty standard, was told immediately that they would be in touch to schedule the second, in-person interview. On interview day I met with multiple people within the purchasing team, all were very pleasant, typical interview.
Though I was not ultimately selected for the position, my dissatisfaction actually stems from the poor communication from the HR individuals I spoke with both before my interview and after. I felt they made the process a bit more confusing than necessary and could not adequately answer what I believed to be basic questions.
