I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ID.me (McLean, VA) in Dec 2020
Interview
For the initial step, I had a short informational meeting over the phone with my recruiter from a staffing agency. Then I was given a link to take an assessment (Wonderlic Test) which would determine whether I move on to the virtual interview. I passed, and almost immediately I was set up to have a virtual employee with 3 separate employees (15 minutes each), and if I qualified, would move straight to a 4th interview that consisted of a mock scenario. The interview process was smooth, professional, and efficient. There was also a writing prompt (2 questions) that I had to submit, but it was fairly easy and appropriately tailored for the position I applied for. My recruiter did an absolute wonderful job helping me throughout the process, so props to her. I eventually got an offer and accepted. All of this happened within a 2-3 week duration. This company has so much potential for growth in the coming years, so I'm incredibly excited to see how my career will develop throughout my employment.

Name a time you left something better than when you had started it.
One interview with 3 employees - a few questions about the core values, your experience. Nothing very intensive. A follow-up is scheduled where you walk a "user" through creating an account on ID.me's website.
The interview process was easy and painless. Amazing! The brief interviews were mostly about their cultural values. Everyone was very kind during the interview process. It was a three part interview. Each interview is held by a different employee. During the interviews and after questions were answered and very thoroughly, too!
