I spoke with three different staff members from a variety of different departments and answered some personality questions. There was not much to it. The process may have changed since my hiring.
It was quite a rigorous process. I had a phone interview then video interview. Also had to send some assessment earlier and once I passed it, did a written assessment also.

I was asked a series of basic interview questions. I had a maximum of 15 minutes per interviewer. Each interviewer took notes of your response to certain questions. I was done in 20 minutes.
