I applied online. I received an email from someone from HR asking me if I will be interest in a interview for a research position. The interview was great. I was interviewed during 30 minutes by three highly qualified economists. I understand they are very busy people and they need to analyse a lot of candidates resume, but at least they should tell you if you will be in the next stage of the process or not.
