Interview
Well thought-out process, with a test assignment. The interview includes questions that relate to motivation, relevant background experiences, and the philosophy behind instructional design. AI literacy is assessed as well.

Initially, I had to record my responses to the questions in an online video interview. Then I had three more interviews with the team; we couldn't agree on a salary, so I declined the offer. When they contacted me for another position, the recruiter was condescending, rude, and unprofessional. I had never been through a more dreadful interview process in my life.
