standard and easy questions - it took few days to hear back from the offer deadline date - 3 weeks to get the acceptance - 2 months to finalize papers ( background check )
Not too easy but not too difficult. I recommended to check the IOM preparation for interview video, which was super helpful. Follow the video's tip for answering the questions as the IOM HR has certain specific criteria and scoring for the interviews.
The process went very smoothly. The interviewers were nice and welcoming. I had enough time on request and I ask further clarifications in situations in which the questions were not very clear.
