Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter a few weeks after applying. The recruiter scheduled then rescheduled my interview at the last minute (and was fairly unresponsive throughout). I was interviewed by a panel of 3 people from the unit I applied to. A week after I was meant to receive my application result, I (politely) followed up with the recruiter to express my interest and request an update on the status of applications but I never received a response.
Not too easy but not too difficult. I recommended to check the IOM preparation for interview video, which was super helpful. Follow the video's tip for answering the questions as the IOM HR has certain specific criteria and scoring for the interviews.
The process went very smoothly. The interviewers were nice and welcoming. I had enough time on request and I ask further clarifications in situations in which the questions were not very clear.
