There were three stages of interview (all held over MS Teams).
First with Talent Acquisition Team.
Second with IT Project Managers (Technical exercise and questions).
Third with IT Programme Manager.

7 stages! Wasn’t made clear to me or would be so laborious for a mid level position. Some stages were treats of others so a time waste from candidate point of view

Interview
Interview was with hiring manager and HR rep. They talked through job description, and then we did a series of competency based questions. There were 2 questions per theme. They were looking for STAR responses.
