It was an unfortunate experience to go through an interview process with a company, and I must say, it was a complete and utter disappointment. From start to finish, the entire experience was marred by bad communication, rude attitudes, and a complete lack of respect for the applicants. First and foremost, the communication from the company was abysmal. It was as if they were intentionally trying to keep applicants in the dark. Important information about the interview expectations was either provided at the very last minute or not at all. This lack of clarity left me feeling unprepared and frustrated. But what truly stood out during the interview was the complete disregard for basic etiquette and respect. The interviewer's behaviour was nothing short of disgraceful. They seemed to take a sadistic pleasure in asking aggressive and condescending questions that were not even remotely related to the job description or the skills required for the position. It felt as if they were intentionally trying to catch applicants off guard and make them uncomfortable. The questions about the company's profile were particularly bewildering. They asked for minute details that were not even mentioned in the job posting, and when I struggled to provide answers, they responded with a disdainful tone that made me question why I was even there in the first place. It's one thing to challenge an applicant's knowledge, but it's another to do so with a complete lack of respect and courtesy. This interview process left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. The company's communication was haphazard, and the interviewer's rude and unprofessional behavior was utterly unacceptable. No applicant should have to endure such an unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a disrespectful and degrading interview process. It's clear that they have a long way to go in terms of treating potential employees with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
