I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IQPC (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
This was a pretty funny experience, honestly. I had a phone interview that was supposed to be 30 minutes and lasted 15. I was asked the most surface-level questions imaginable and I'm pretty sure I could have given any answer and they would have advanced me to the next round. They told me I could be a manager in a year which raised a lot of red flags. The woman interviewing me didn't sound very excited, just punching the numbers. She invited me for an in-person interview which I said I would have to check my schedule and then never replied because I wasn't interested and the interviewer never followed up, so I guess it worked out for the best for both of us. They seem pretty desperate to hire and also pretty disorganized. Not the worst experience, just bizarre. The good news is, if you want to work here, the phone interview is extremely easy!
Simple, straightforward and easy process that was well guided by interview team,
I felt very comfortable and reassured. It was also very fast and I heard back within two weeks time
Easy and friendly, very polite interviewer who was clear and transparent in explaining the process and next steps and also gave me immediate feedback with what was to come next.
The interview process was what was expected. You go through a few rounds of interviews meeting with the team and then worked on an assignment similar to what you’d be working on with the company.
