Interview
I applied online and got an email about a brief phone call interview a few days later. The phone call only took about fifteen minutes and I was asked to come in the following week for an in-person interview. That interview took about an hour and it was with the marketing manager and her boss. I was told they'd have a decision about the second round of interviews later that week but I didn't end up hearing anything until two weeks later. The interview was fine and the people were nice.
Simple, straightforward and easy process that was well guided by interview team,
I felt very comfortable and reassured. It was also very fast and I heard back within two weeks time
Easy and friendly, very polite interviewer who was clear and transparent in explaining the process and next steps and also gave me immediate feedback with what was to come next.
The interview process was what was expected. You go through a few rounds of interviews meeting with the team and then worked on an assignment similar to what you’d be working on with the company.
