      Online Marketing Manager Interview

      Aug 22, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Berlin
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at IQPC (Berlin) in Aug 2019

      Interview

One of the worst interviews in my life: I was interrupted in the middle of the interview and was told that I did not pass it as they had candidates with better skills and experience. It was mentioned with the tone showing the HR's dominance without any respect to the candidate. I find it very unprofessional.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I was asked about the role, as I see it. The HR expects a candidate to guess what the job is connected with. I really mean GUESSING. The position contains a very general description connected to the area of Marketing, while HR expects you to explain that you are applying to the Content Management position which involves content writing. Either they do not understand the difference or the job description differs from reality.

      Online Marketing Manager Interview

      Oct 10, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IQPC (New York, NY) in Sep 2017

      Interview

Phone Interview, In-person Interview, Project that I was given little guidance on, then a final interview with the marketing manager. In all three interviews (one phone, two in-person) they were late by 5-10 minutes. That should have told me enough right there. When I was not given an offer, I received an email that the recruiter clearly copied and pasted to every applicant, despite the fact that I took two separate days to visit the company, and spent three hours on their bogus project.

As a man, would I be able to work in an office full of women?
