During the review of the project the Hiring Manager would not make eye contact with me. I knew I did some great Bus. Dev. work for him. I mt with 2 other employees who have been there for 4 years. I asked them about the poor GlassDoor reviews for a stressful working environment, poor pay, long hours, etc. I was told that was a general overview and Tampa was lumped into the big picture, they are not this way. When I questioned the Team Portfolio Lead about whether or not the Reps. on the team compete against each other or (snag deals) she became visibly uncomfortable and defensive. My concern is that they use the new hires to feed the Senior Reps. but of course, I did not say that.
