Interview
Had a 15 minute phone interview with someone from HR. Made it to the 2nd interview- another phone interview with one of the event leaders. She was the rudest person I have ever spoken to in an interview. Interrupted me multiple times (sometimes I was not even able to finish a sentence!), saying I did not answer the question and even laughed when I then asked her questions. Absolutely horrible! Speaking with this person completely turned me off from the company! Good luck finding employees who want to work with someone who speaks to candidates as children in a preschool classroom! I withdrew my application following the 2nd interview. So disgusted with how this woman thinks she can speak to highly qualified candidates. Even if someone is not qualified in her eyes, be POLITE!

Interview
It was a fun interview process. They’re very true to what they’re looking for and tell you as it is. They really want to make sure you can handle the pressure.
Easy, quick, complex. Applied as a starting job and they were impressed. Had to answer generally about the industry given I hadn’t had a conference production job before. 3 stages I think. I stopped before second stage.

Interview
I applied on LinkedIn through a recruiter agency. I had my screening with a recruiter who clearly didn't want to be on that interview. They asked me very minimum questions and told to go an search the company and come back to them. I did and they never responded back.
I am very sorry to hear of this negative experience. We operate a PSL of recruiters who we work with. Please can you contact me direct so that I can establish the recruitment agency and ensure this type of experience does not happen again.
