Interview
Hiring manager was very personable and took her time to answer all your questions. The interview process truly felt like it was a conversation between both parties to ensure that it was a good fit for the company and you. I has an initial phone interview, brief conversation with the hiring manager about the position and then 5 interviews - 1 with the hiring manager, 3 with current employees (PMs) and a final one with the director. Though this many interviews can be intimidating at first, it was great to get feedback about the company from all different point of view.
