I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Bengaluru) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process is very slow. It took one month to complete and only two rounds were held. After background verification, they notified "hiring freeze for 3 - 4 months" although I can see more than 10 job ads on this very day. Such lying to the candidate is a red flag. Not recommended. It can be just my experience though.
Nice experience. Online interview. Pharma domain. Great experience. Basic SQL data collection questions asked. Profile selected from Naukri. Questions asked based on experience and domain knowledge. Half an hour interview. Overall a great experience
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at IQVIA (Shanghai, Shanghai)
Interview
The interview process had three rounds: the first was pure coding, the second was coding plus a technical interview with engineers, and the third was with the Team Leader, where we went through some scenario-based questions. I felt the conversation went quite well, but they eventually told me they aren't looking to spend time training fresh graduates—they need someone who can hit the ground running.
