There were 2 rounds for ITC Infotech, then 1 round for client, 1 round for getting into the project. The process took about 15 days with various levels of interview difficulty

I was referred to the company. I met with one of the directors for project management because they had an opening. She asked good questions and was kind enough to recognize my experience and how it could translate to Project management. I left this interview very positive and awaited for a follow up panel. I had the panel interview with 4 people where the asked several project and leadership based questions. The interview was set for 30 minutes but it went well over an hour. Again I left this interview very positive due to the nature of the conversation with all 4 members. I asked questions which they acknowledged to be good ones and they highlighted my years of experience as a leader. I never heard from this company again. They completely ghosted me and didn't even have the common courtesy to send a rejection email. It is ok, if this is how they treat possible candidates who spent time talking to them during this difficult market. Then I get the impression they don't treat even their own people well. Personally, I would avoid this place in the future.
