Head of Business: in person: asking more on my goals, achievements, giving the big picture of what was expected

Thrice cancelled the scheduled interview. Telephonic interview for 45 minutes without letting know the job description in spite of asking. second round of interview was face to face. Absolute mismatch of the expectation by two interviewers.
took 2 weeks to revert with least expected salary, negotiation bargaining took 1 week. Over phone they offered a Band, actual was one less... reason was to manage the Bell Curve...
