It a basically a chilled out process. I had two rounds of interview. Mostly work related questions were asked. It was a campus interview. Asked me why marketing, why consultancy, why business analytics, why engineering and why great lakes.
It was a nice friendly interview. They were sure of what they wanted from me and had a clear cut plan for the entire interview process. It was a step by step process but it was also transparent.
