HR needs to learn a lot. Not so transparent. Policies are not disclosed. Hr has no role in negotiation.Joining process is not that great. You will be valued only till you accept the offer. Once u r on board you are no one. Rest is average.
It was just a telephonic round back in 2022. Then followed by HR round and everything went smoothly and got offer letter with in 2 days. Once you're in you will be having client interview for the project

It was a moderate interview on the topics listed in your cv. The panel was asking questions related to the same and some questions specific to their project. Also they were checking the knowledge on enhamcements, GST and interfaces.
