I applied through a staffing agency. I was interviewed at Banaswadi, Bangalore branch.
On the first day, they conducted 2 rounds of mainframe technical interview(manager round included).Questions were good and I cleared both of them. Next round was an HR round which was more like a salary discussion thing, all seemed pretty professional till here.
I was told to take up some online test(apti, reasoning and verbal) the next day, cut off was 500 which i cleared. There was one more round of online behavioral test which i took. After clearing all these rounds I was told to attend one more last round F2F client interview(Danske bank) which was at a different location again. I reached the location and got to know the interview panel was not available!
So they arranged some other panel, interview went well..answered everything they asked. Was to told to wait to attend "one more round" of managerial interview!!!! I mean what is going on? no end for the interviews??
But I had the patience to wait that day..then i get a call from ITC HR telling interview process is done.
Huh finally! Again after 4 days HR calls me and asks me attend one more round of client interview(telephonic) for which I obliged and gave the interview which went well.
The story doesnt end here, I have been told to wait as there may be a possibility of one more round.
I must tell you, to me ITC is the most un-professional IT company ever to have experienced. I have dropped a mail to HR saying though i have cleared 7-8 rounds of interview, the process is not concluding so I would not be joining this crap company that doesnt value the employees, has no proper procedure, no professionalism.
Making the candidates run from company location to client location and the cycle repeats.
No proper procedure was followed...worst HR department..ITC doesnt have any requirements..conducting interviews on and on without rolling out any offer. Would NEVER EVER imagine to work with such company that has no ethics. Total waste of my time. Never would recommend this company to anyone.
Last but not the least they do not have any requirements..total crap..no matter how skilled you are, they wont hire you!!

Interview
It was a Walk-in Drive on weekend, I got to know 1 day before through Naukri Portal, so i made travel arrangements and travelled 600+ km for this walk-in, 1st interview was pure technical and i have easily cracked but for second coding test they have given me program on MVC (I applied for Dot net core + Angular Requirement). It was 45 mins problem and Company's current employees acting as a coordinator there. I have raised them the different technology flag but they said interviewer will only check core logic, I've written the logic and presented to the interviewer, they said you should have either show us the MVC pages or should have created Web API and rejected me within a minute. I raised this to HR and they said we will call you,
It's almost a week and I followed up with them twice but neither they rejecting me or selecting me instead they are saying we are still discussing.
