The interview was very relaxed. I had an initial interview for a new food warehouse store opening. I made it through that interview then went on to have a second interview with the store manager 20 minutes later. On the email I received it said invite to assessment centre so I was expecting to be doing teamwork challenges but there was none of that.

First fill out a quiz online then had a face to face interview where I was asked 3/4 questions which were easy enough to answer. For example, “If you were working a cage and you got halfway through and your shift ended what would you do?”
