Following a successful phone interview you are invited to an assessment centre. Tour of Iceland and a presentation on the company to start the day. A personality test, followed by analysis of some calls, a typing test, and a one on one interview. You are also given the chance to shadow some employees whilst they work. A brilliant company, friendly staff, lovely assessment centre experience, however declined based on the variable shift hours offered.
