I applied online and was given a scenario based skill multiple choice test. Was called for an interview by phone a few days later. It was a 1:1 interview with the manager of the store. Interview was quite short only 10 mins, Interviewer was late.

The interviewer was very approachable and the interview was very quick! Some questions that were asked regarded teamwork and dealing with stressful situations. They also asked about how you may handle competing responsibilities.
