First of all you have an online test to complete, some of the questions are random and difficult to answer.
The main interview for me was very welcoming and comfortable, they were very interested in my experience with customers and retail experience

Name a time that I dealt with a difficult customer and how did I resolve the issues
Easy, book to pass and all conducted by store a manager. Basic questions all supplied in the workbook just use common sense and it will be easy if they want you to pass you’ll pass
