Quick over the phone interview, basic customer service questions asked. Staff were friendly. Training given. Disappointment in none unsociable hrs pay for new starters. Information about company asked too. Pretty easy going interview

Why would you like to pick and pack.what do you understand in the service
It was an online questionnaire and then an in person induction. The online questionnaire was thorough and the induction was very useful and everyone was really nice. The questionnaire took quite a long time

Standard interview, come in and answer questions. Asked if I could stay at the job for a while or if I was going to university and asked if I had previous experience
