I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Iceland Foods (Dungannon, Northern Ireland) in Feb 2015
Interview
I found that it was all very Calm, the staff were friendly and i found them easy to talk to. They were kind and put me to ease when i started, listened to what i had to say with intent.
No response received at all. They didn't care if I had a good experience.
Wanted to provide too many personal life details. Asked questions about diversity. I won't apply again.
Thank you for taking the time to share your interview experience. We are sorry to hear you did not receive follow up communication and that parts of the process felt uncomfortable, as this is not the experience we want for any candidate. Your feedback will be noted.
Straightforward - easy to speak with the interviewer; quite casual

It was simple and straightforward. It was a fairly informal process and I was made to feel very welcome. The interview store interview was with the store manager only. I was happy with the process overall.
It’s great to know that the informal approach and one-on-one interview with the store manager made you feel comfortable.
We aim to create an interview process that is both professional and approachable, and it’s fantastic to hear that this was reflected in your experience. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
