Very simple, character based interview with store manager trying to assess your competency and working history. Familiarity with delivery always helps. No formal driver test like other companies like Waitrose or Ocado, after successful interview driver training commences with a few shifts as a second driver

Straightforward, just wanted to know prior experience with delivery jobs and other work commitments. Interviewer was very polite and easy to talk to. Gave a good breakdown of what was expected in the role.
Easy and laid back approach, just like talking with friends. No pressure applied and open about the job and requirements needed. Told I would get a response Monday following week and I did.
