First fill out a quiz online then had a face to face interview where I was asked 3/4 questions which were easy enough to answer. For example, “If you were working a cage and you got halfway through and your shift ended what would you do?”

Fairly easy, it was around 10 minutes long, with 3 questions max. I spoke about any relevant past experience I had in retail and customer service, and they told me about the responsibilities of the role.
