Very down to earth, focuses on you not pre prepared answers. At all stages the interviewers put me at ease and allowed my personality to shine through.
You are assigned a handler and they walk you through each stage of the process prior to each step.
You are informed very quickly of each outcome and the informed of the next stage in detail.
