I am very sorry to hear about your experience with our interview process. We agree your time is JUST as valuable as anyone else's. In this case, it is unfortunate that scheduling took two weeks' time. While scheduling requires the complexity of locking in time from all interviewers involved, it also requires aligning multiple individual’s schedules asynchronously, which is a juggling act of a sort. We always aim to complete these backend tasks as quickly and seamlessly as possible; however, there is always the potential for delay when interview volumes are high, interviewers’ time is limited, and schedules are curated.
