Imperial Brands Graduate Engineer interview questions

Went to an assessment day onsite, most was group work where we had to do case study problem solving and out of the box problem solving "competitions". Had to present a preprepared presentation about a new idea for the company. Individually went for interviews of different lengths, each varied slightly depending the section of engineering the interviewee was in. I was asked about how I would improve different aspects of one of their products such as: health, flavour, sustainability etc. I was also asked about aspects of my CV.
