Imperial Brands Senior Engineer Packaging Development interview questions

Contacted by the Recruiter (located in Munich); general conversation w/o details; Recruiter/HR do not have any information on the job type, job description etc. Next, I had a phone interview with the potential manager and the manager's manager. Nice conversation, though very on a surface. Got several follow up emails and invitation to schedule a face to face meeting. Not answer after the invite to the meeting was accepted. Therefore I assume a very bad corporate culture and inability to say NO.
