Went through 2 rounds (technical and behavioral). I felt like I did pretty well but I got rejected the next day. I reached out to the recruiter to ask if I could get any feedback and was ghosted. The behavioral interviewer seemed inexperienced and looked like he was just reading off a document, he didn't seem interested at all at.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Imprint in Nov 2025
Interview
I had an initial screen and was ghosted for several weeks. After that they reached out to have me complete coding + system design + behavioral interviews, which I did well on. Then I had a final meeting with HM, after which I was rejected.
Huge waste of time, at least do the HM meeting first so I don't first waste a month going back and forth with the other interviewers on the panel.
