Heard about the position and company through a recruiter. About 3 days later, an phone interview was arranged with an internal HR person. The call lasted about 15 minutes at most. This is a management position. I have about 20 years of experience and qualified in all aspects of the position. Instead of intelligently discuss company overview, benefits, my goals, expectations, aspirations, skills... I was asked about the 2 months gap I had in 2002 during the 20 years of solid work. Pathetic that interviews are left to people who have no skills in doing so. The position is still opened by the way, and this after many months of posting. Ridiculous. Total waste of time.
