Interview
Interview at initial stage was done by a third party recruiter who conducted first interviews by phone and in person, as well as an English test. This was followed by two additional interviews with the site leader, the project manager and the operations manager. I was asked if I could call the office in another country to complete the second interview, and that they would reimburse me for the long distance call costs, which is very unorthodox and leaves much to be desired. I declined, and they asked me to come into the office for the long distance phone interview. After the panel interview, I received an offer. The first time I came in, they made me wait almost 3 hours.
easy interview to crack. HR n 2 tecnical round. HR is slow in responding need to drop multiple emails. Rest interview process is easy and one can do it. All the best.

The interview process was good overall and there were 3 rounds. First it was a HR round were my background skills were matched along the available positions and there a technical round with my background exp and waiting for the HR round to discuss salary.
It was pretty good, the panel was very welcoming and the interview was about professional skills. It was a 45 mins interview encompassing HR and technical questions from the panel.
