I was contacted by a Talent Acquisition Specialist and I went through 3 rounds. First an informal talk with the recruiter, than one with the regional HR manager and a last conference call with representative of the company I would be assigned to work with. All was conducted via phone and went very smoothly.

first round usually involves a presentation on a given topic, the second round is with the training manager where your domain understanding is checked. training practices, coaching and feedback model, effectiveness etc are gauged. final round is with the operations manager to discuss training expectations
