By far one of the most bizarre processes I have come by. I had a total of 4 phone "interviews" if that is what you want to call them. The first was a casual conversation about the job itself and a get to know you style phone interview. Pretty standard and quite refreshing as it was very laid back and informative. I was then over the course of a month and a half ushered into 3 more "phone interviews" with various levels of people from territory managers to VP of sales. These 3 "phone interviews" were basically stating that there is travel associated with the job. Yeah, I get there is travel, it states right in the job description. I can understand dedicating 1 interview talking about the travel time but 3 more? It was a bit much. After the last "phone interview" a couple of days later I received a form email from workday stating I was no longer being pursued as an employee. No human follow up even after several person to person emails throughout the process.
