Toxic culture with excessive workload and layoffs

Pros

Summer hours when and if you can take it.

Cons

Extremely toxic culture. Double the work at the same pay. Laying people off and offering early retirement without backfilling. If they do back fill it is in Mexico or India. Everything is priority while more mandatory admin is thrown down your throat. All this while they tell you that you matter and that it needs to be the power we instead of I. Some proper corporate gaslighting going on.

Pros

Remote Working, autonomy to drive your own business

Cons

Constant restructuring, culture is more now, who you know in the company rather than what you know or what you deliver. Co-Workers can be cutthroat is they see an opportunity to make money from your work, limited team spirit

Pros

Opportunity to work remotely. Decent pay (base salary; not true for the bonus structure). Managers and directors are good people who really care about their jobs, are very collaborative and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

The culture is extremely toxic. You are evaluated on the extent of injecting the language of Inmar's "beliefs, standards and values" into presentations and everyday conversations. It is the single standard for performance and thought diversity is considered as rigid and not embracing "possibility thinking". There is constant restructuring -- minor or major, a reorganization occurs every 3-6 months, and lay-offs at least once per year. There is no accountability for senior leadership.
