Turned in resume online. Received a phone call to set up a phone interview. The interview was about 30-40 min long. We went through every aspect of my resume with questions relating to former employment. There were many difficult questions about how you have responded to certain situations in past employment. Interview went decent but did not receive a call back.

I had three zoom interviews with Inmar only to then be told that I was overqualified and they were concerned that I would not stay at the job. Sigh. As I told them in each interview, I was looking to learn the business from ground up and progress through the company. I was willing to take the low (HORRIBLE PAY) hourly wage and prove my worth. Anyway, I really don't know why they strung me out for three interviews. Another comment about the pay. You can make the same or more money at almost any retail establishment. Annually it would be less than $30,000.
