InnovationM have very good interview process they take my 3 weeks . one think i love in this process is, they saves our's time. they don't waste our time, to wait for the process. all people of this company are very operative and polite, i cleared all the rounds except final one. i request to you please read my experience about this company. Rounds Round 1. Java and aptitude MCQ problem in this round 25 apti and reasoning and 25 java. these all 50 question are easy, if you have core knowledge of java and sound practice of apti you can clear it. Round 2. in this round they give me 1 hr to solve 2 problem, these problem are string manipulation. these are easy. Round 3. This round is very interesting, two member of this company conduct this round. they are very knowledgeable and they start from what is class and ask you 2-3 quest from each topic, all topics will covered here, i.e (class, object,oops, interface, abstraction, threading,exception,constructor , collection and SQL Queries, and some other question from my resume, etc) . from each topic they are some questions. and after 1.30 hr i came out side and finally qualify this round. and then . Round 4. HR mam give me 1 sheet of paper with 5 reasoning question and 1 question of image, (this is not for elimination). and finally i called for HR. Round 5. HR were very Cooperative. after 30-45 min i came outside and finally i also qualify this round. I was very happy. i was thought finally i selected. then HR further says to me that AXXXX you have final round with CEO Sir. Round 6. and after that they will decide. then i say okk, now finally meet with ceo, he asked from basic and i give all answer of his question. now i came with set of output based program and asked me question and give correct answer in one sight then ceo makes some R&D on question and then asked i was confident and give answer but he say no. the worst think about this ceo is he i am giving wrong answer with confident. and same as going on and at the end of each question i drop myself. for him. i was thought he have more experience then me. and at the end he give me N-Queen problem (4x4). here is my weakest point i never work on dynamic programming i was know only process of n-queen problem so statically i write a program for this, because i can't give a black page to him. so program was correct for this problem but not not dynamic, he say if i have 8x8 then? i say i have to write further code. so finally rejected from this company. Now i want to know why java output based test was conduced in 1st round when ceo asked you further with his R&D mindset. and why coning round conduct when ceo further asked you to write dynamic program . you give 2.5 ctc and conduct 6 rounds , what you really want from us. that's why india has poor employment.
