Phone interview with senior management was very pleasant discussed work experience, the role as well as my life. In total about 1.5 hrs.
Pre-interview timed online test (coding), relatively easy although had some technical issues where mt answers were not submitted correctly, some candidates are excluded based on this test. About 45 min.
In-person interview, spoke with senior management in depth about company values, culture, goals to ensure a good fit. Very pleasant easy conversation. Technical discussion with entire development team. Discussed pay projects and what I did. Asked several very technical questions and to explain technical concepts. Given personality test. In total about 5 hrs.
