Phone Screen with corporate recruiter, on site interview which included speaking with multiple people then getting introduced to entire office briefly, lunch interview with two people which was rushed and awkward.
Literally spoke to one person who asked me what my favorite type of shot was.
Regardless of the formalities, I do believe this is still a solid company.

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
