Insight global contacted me initially after finding my profile on a job posting site. the recruiter called me and asked me to come in for an interview. The recruiter asked me in the in-person interview about my skills and career goals. He would regularly contact me with opportunities as they came available and presented my profile to Insight Global clients. The interview for my position was not at Insight Global since I am contracting for another company though Insight Global. However, I had a great interview with the client company and had a feeling I would get an offer post-interview. An Insight Global recruiter accompanied me to the interview and she had the same inkling. The client company immediately wanted me to have a phone screen with a colleague that was unable to attend my in-person interview. I got an offer the next day. Insight Global negotiated my pay rate. The rest was typical onboarding of a background check and drug screen.
