I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
Received a non-solicited phone call from a recruiter at Insight Global and a follow up call from the account manager for an 11 AM interview the next day with their client. Opportunity appeared to be legitimate with the follow up call from the Account Manager a short time later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Recruiter stated references were required and had to be checked before the interview. This was the client's requirement and not the requirement of Insight Global. As a Work in Texas candidate I cannot refuse interviews without jeopardizing my unemployment, so I complied even though this is not the first time Insight Global has insisted on obtaining references prior to becoming a serious candidate.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Insight Global (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Nov 2025
Interview
Long, disorganized, and disrespectful. Downplay your experience and your salary thinking that they are the biggest and best company in the world. Three rounds of interview, several accomodations, all smiles, then ghosting. It may work with mediocre professionals, and I am leaving this to signal how they are dishonest disrespectful with the candidates, especially one of the Account Managers for the "big", but broke, airline company.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
Met for a meet and greet in my college town to get to know the recent hires of the company. Everyone was very relaxed and easy to talk to. Not sure how they then chose who to interview after this though.
Recruiter walked me through the interview process and was very supportive during the process.
Always kept me informed at every step and updated ASAP when they heard back from the client.
