I had a great interview experience with Insight Global. I learned about the opportunity through a university career fair, where I had the pleasure to connect with recruiter, Alex (from the Charlotte area). I gave her my resume, and she was in contact with me less than 3 days later. From there I had my initial interview where I met with multiple people; some interactions lasting longer than others, but all were positive. Within 30 minutes of the interview ending, I contacted Alex to let her know I had a great time at my interview and was very excited about the company. Within a few hours she got back to me and informed me that they thought things went great and wanted me to come back for a second interview. The second interview was a lunch, but was structured much like the first one. Overall, I had a great experience! I learned quickly that they are looking for young professionals who can be themselves and bring a positive/fun vibe to the company, all while getting work done. As I was preparing for my interviews, I read a lot of glassdoor reviews, and most are spot-on! Just be yourself, never let the conversation die no matter who you’re interacting with, and be ready to put in some work. Lastly, I want to thank Alex for being a great help throughout the process; she was super nice, professional, prompt, and prepared me for every step.
